Award Winner of Best Guest Reviews for 2011, The Palms Bed & Breakfast, Mangawhai is an ideal stop over point for visitors travelling to or from Paihia, Russell, Bay of Islands region or further afield. Situated approx 10 minutes drive (10kms) from State Highway 1, Kaiwaka and approx midway between Auckland and Paihia. Stay a night then take one of the tourist routes around the coast or via the West Coast & forests.
The guest wing has one Queen bedroom & one twin bedroom with king single beds, own bathroom, shower and separate toilet. Adjacent to the guests wing is the beautifully appointed guests lounge with Sky TV, CD player, tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge opens onto a huge patio with outdoor furniture and a magic view.
