The central level has a large open plan kitchen family room, with open gas fire, 42 inch plasma TV, and built in sound system. There is also a scullery. The lounge has a 100 inch projector home theatre, and open gas fire. The study/library is fully equipped with computer, printer, fax and books.
The central level opens out onto a large deck with open fire equipped with a fire starter. On the deck which has both covered and uncovered areas there is a tepenyaki table that seats 10 people. There is also a barbeque and a reflecting pool.
