With panoramic views over Lake Taupo and the mountains beyond, The Top House is set in private native gardens at Whakamoenga Point, near Acacia Bay. The award winning Fraser Cameron designed house incorporates glass, timber and local stone to create a real NZ ambience. We offer self contained accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms (linen provided). A second living room and a games room can double as additional bedrooms, making this self catering house suitable for up to 12 guests. Large living rooms and a well appointed and equipped kitchen add to the feeling of space. Alfresco dining is popular with barbecue, two decks and secluded lawn.
Whakamoenga Point has it's own walking tracks, tennis courts and private beaches.
