• Further pricing information: TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Hours of Operation: 6am to 2am Monday to Saturday; 6am to 11pm Sundays and public holidays. Transport can be arranged outside these hours. Booking conditions: To secure a booking we require a 25% non refundable deposit with the balance paid 21 days prior to the date of transport. Credit card number must be provided for all bookings. A credit card maybe charged after the event in situations where (but not limited to) extra passengers have been transported, extra transport, soiling fees etc. Payment Options: • Credit card: please provide credit card number and expiry date. Visa and Mastercard only. $2 surcharge on all electronic transactions. • Cheque: Payable to Waiheke Executive Transport (2009) Ltd at 22 Goodwin Avenue, Little Oneroa, Waiheke, 1081. • Direct Debit: Bus transport: Waiheke Executive Transport (2009) Ltd BNZ 02 0108 0179188 00 Taxi transport: Waiheke Executive Transport (2009) Ltd BNZ 02 0108 0186484 00 Cancellations: • If transport is cancelled, the deposit paid is non refundable. • If transport is cancelled after full payment has been received and prior to 21 days before the date of the transport, 75% will be refunded. • If transport is cancelled after full payment has been received and between 21 and 7 days before the date of the transport, 50% will be refunded. • If transport is cancelled after full payment has been received and 7 days or less before the date of the transport, no refund will be given. Soiling fees: A charge of $150 will be incurred if any vehicle is soiled. Ferry Combo: Full payment must be received prior to ferry tickets being issued. No refunds will be given.
