About

Our Maori-owned & family-run working studio & store in Kawakawa in the Bay of Islands (near Hundertwasser Toilets) offers authentic workshops and unique Maori art direct from the artist.

We open up to you the world of Maori spirituality, customs and how Maori worked together with nature. Learn about geology, gardening and music from pre-European Maori times to the present day. Wiremu Wilson-Diamond has specialist knowledge of Maori stone tools and is an artist, educator and gifted speaker.

Make a unique gift or a lasting momento of your travels. Every workshop is unique as we show you how to depict your ancestry through Maori sybiotic language. We also sell custom made greenstone and whalebone jewellery and wooden carvings.
