Experience being at one with the NZ environment by horse- back. Our property borders Kahurangi National Park and 450,000 hectares of pristine wilderness. Enjoy full day and multi-day treks of up to ten days duration. Stay in our peaceful mountain retreat, soak in a deeply relaxing outside bush bath. Swim horses bareback. We specialise in catering for experienced riders who prefer well schooled free moving mounts. Our team of top horses love their work and include Clydesdale thoroughbred crosses, Welsh Cobs, Irish Hunters and Appaloossas. The owner, who is also the guide, is passionate about horses and the wilds of NZ. She has over 40 years experience with horses. All treks have small groups with a maximum of six.
