Originally built in 1865, this cottage has recently undergone a complete rehab from ceiling to floor. It has two bedrooms both ensuite, living room, media room, office/foyer, dining room and a bright & airy kitchen with every modern convenience that opens on to a walled courtyard. Garaging is provided, along with off street parking, both of which are gated. Security systems are monitored for both fire and intruder.
