Award-winning Treetops Lodge & Estate is a nature lover’s paradise. Set in more than 2,500 acres of private wilderness in New Zealand’s famed thermal region, Treetops offers seven trout streams, four lakes, over 43 miles of hiking trails, mountain bike riding and horse riding.

Treetops Lodge & Wilderness Experience comprises four suites and eight private, ultra-luxurious villas which are located in the extensive grounds. Each of the suites has its own unique character, individual style, design and exquisite furnishings. The villas, positioned a stroll from the Lodge, offer privacy and seclusion framed by native virgin forest with views over lakes and wildlife.

Rates are per person, per night. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés. Gourmet dinner utilising the freshest, quality ingredients that the local region and NZ have to offer. The ultimate in world-class, luxury accommodation. Full continental breakfast or full gourmet cooked breakfast. Between December and February guests receive complimentary participation in our guided nature activities (twice daily, each 1 hour duration). This varies daily to suit visitors' interests, weather and wildlife. Nature activities may include: ancient rainforest, waterfalls, over a dozen native birds, freshwater life, deer and buffalo. Evening walks include Kiwi in the wild, glow worms and star constellations such as the Southern Cross. Experience 70km of walking trails, bridal veil waterfall, lake kayaking, mountain biking.
