newzealand.com helps grow your business by connecting travel sellers with consumers considering a visit to New Zealand by driving qualified traffic to your site, or directing consumers to call or email you for more information.
Step 1: Get your business on newzealand.com

List your business or check that your existing listing is in the new site and then update it. To do this go to www.register.newzealand.com.
- If you were registered on the old site with a business then this business has been copied across into the new site. You need to check that this has happened. If you haven’t looked at this for more than 18 months your listing may have expired.
If you have a listing then you will have an email address and a password. Enter it in the top black bar.

If you do not have a listing, please create one on the same page. To do this enter your details in the sign up now box.

Step 2: Getting your listing correct

Getting your listing working effectively is crucial to driving referrals to your business, and we are here to assist you.
Now you have a business setup on newzealand.com this will tell consumers where you are and what you do. Once you have finished loading your information it will pass through an approval process before you will see it live. Please be patient.
To update your listing go to www.register.newzealand.com and log into the top black bar.
If you had a previous listing that you have updated, don’t worry, the previous lisitng will remain on our website until your changes are approved.
Trip Advisor
Log in at www.register.newzealand.com and add your Trip Advisor business ID under your business and contact information.
To locate your ID number open your business page on www.tripadvisor.com and then from the URL address bar copy the number that shows after 'd'.
Step 3: Locate your listing on newzealand.com
Enter your business name in the search box of the top of the site and it will appear in the search. If it doesn’t or you can’t find it then contact us by calling +64 9 914 4780 or email us here
newzealand.com is split into three main sections – Explore, Map, and Plan & Book. Your listing appears in the Plan & Book section of the website. In the picture below it is on the right hand side of the image.

You can browse to find your listing that appears in the Plan & Book section, but you will notice in the top tool bar there is a button that says Explore. The biggest change to the website from the previous version is that anyone can load content and for an Operator this is incredibly important. Not only can you load content that talks about what you do or what you want to tell the consumer but you can sell against yours and others content on the site with a travel deal or special offer.

Click on sign in. You don’t need to click on sign up as this is for anyone that wants to add content that isn’t an Operator.

Sign in using exactly the same email and password from your listing

Manage your profile, add articles, add travel deals and approve any edits done to your articles by others.
The Your Articles link is where you click to start adding content. This is also where you go to make changes to any articles you’ve created in the past.
The Your Edits link will show you any articles authored by others that you have made changes to. If people edit content that you have loaded you will receive an email to either accept or reject the changes.
The Your Deals link will allow you to add travel deals both onto your articles and onto the site. The travel deal system shows you exactly what to do step by step.
