With over 50 food and wine stalls to tempt your taste buds, scallops are cooked up in more ways than you can imagine - macadamia crumbed, mornay, tempura, pizzas and fritters.
Top that with New Zealand's best live bands, celebrity chefs and a beautiful setting on the Whitianga waterfront and you are left with a shucking good day out.
