China Monitoring UnitThe Tourism New Zealand China Group Tour Approved Destination Status ("ADS") system came into force on 1 November 2007. The ADS system involves approving New Zealand based Inbound Tour Operators to work within the China ADS system and monitoring their conduct, performance and quality standards. This system is being administered by the China Monitoring Unit, which was established by Tourism New Zealand in September 2007.
