Wanaka Helicopters offer scenic flights around the beautiful Southern Lakes region of the South Island. Flights range from shorter flights around Wanaka to longer trips into the Mt Aspiring National Park. On these longer flights you will fly right amongst some of the spectacular glaciers that surround Mt Aspiring and view Mt Aspiring itself, the Matterhorn of the South, in all its splendour. We also offer trips further a field to Milford Sound. These trips to Milford Sound encompass more spectacular scenery than can be found on any other helicopter flight in NZ. Picnics and lunches can be arranged for all flights and brief landings in remote parts of the Southern Alps are included on all flights.
