Grasmere Lodge
Grasmere Lodge offers luxury accommodation in the heart of the South Island high country, surrounded by mountains, lakes and fantastic views.
Centred on the original homestead (built 1858) of a 13,000 acre sheep station, the lodge has just 13 guest rooms so personal service is assured.
Fine-wool Merino sheep, cattle and deer are still farmed and guests are welcome on a complimentary 90-minute 4WD tour of the farm property.

A five-course gourmet dinner and full breakfast are also included in the tariff, as well as use of the heated swimming pool, tennis court, bush walks, kayaks and mountain bikes.
