Muritai Manor
An Edwardian colonial house renovated and extended in 1997, yet keeping with the original style. Muritai means 'sea breeze' in Maori, referring to its location close to the sea, five minutes drive north of Nelson City Centre. Muritai Manor enjoys a north-west facing elevation with views across Tasman Bay to Abel Tasman National Park in the distance.

Muritai offers five luxury rooms, each with ensuite (two with baths as well as showers). Rooms are each furnished with TVs, hairdryers, bathrobes, fresh flowers and toiletries. We offer gourmet breakfasts and a guest lounge with open fires in winter. Outside there is a large solar heated swimming pool, spa and garden.
