A self-contained studio retreat with a great big deck - ideal for a couple or small group wanting a private and relaxing break. Self cater in our new kitchenette & BBQ or enjoy one of our local cafes.

Only a few minutes walk to a safe swimming and fishing beach. Worth a stroll for the amazing sunsets, or drive your car straight down the coast.

Studio 140 backs onto Waitarere Forest, great for biking and walking. Waitarere is a quiet beach community with tennis courts and Four Square shop – it’s a great place to recharge.

On-site therapeutic massage service available by qualified therapist - please enquire when you book for rates.
