We invite you to stay in our warm and sunny colonial villa situated on Bluff Hill. Enjoy our roomy bedrooms with king size beds, shady veranda, quiet sunroom and lounge and our half-acre garden - not to mention our delicious breakfasts!

Napier City is just a 10 minute walk or a 3-minute drive. Prior to indulging your taste buds at one of the many excellent local restaurants we invite you to join us each evening on the veranda or in the lounge for a complimentary tasting of local wines and produce.

In the morning you can choose your delicious breakfast from the menu of local foods and homemade delights.

We also have two unobtrusive cats in residence!
