Situated at the northern entrance to Paihia, 50 metres to the most popular swimming beach, 6 spacious non-smoking studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Units sleep 2-6 people and one unit has access facilities. All units are air conditioned, with high speed internet connections, kitchens, SKY TV, DVD and CD players. There is off street parking and it is only an easy 10 minute walk to central Paihia, historic Waitangi treaty house and a golf course.
