Kia ora! Anselm House is a landmark home beside the Avon River. Guests are welcome to relax in our peaceful riverside garden, or cross over the brick bridge to view historic Riccarton House and walk through Deans Forest.

We provide free airport/ TranzAlpine transfer and safe, off-street parking. Delicious continental and cooked breakfast are served. It is only a four-minute walk to Riccarton Road for a wide range of restaurants, shops and banks.

Walk across Hagley Park to the Botanical Gardens, the Museum, Arts Centre, Art Gallery and Cathedral Square. A short walk to Mona Vale.

We use only eco-friendly products and practices to minimise our carbon footprint. We are happy to help you plan your visit to Christchurch/New Zealand.
