Modern home on sunny northern side of Napier Hill. Spacious guest room with panoramic view over garden, bay and parts of Napier to distant mountains. 15 minutes walk to restaurants at historic Ahuriri or our world-famous Art Deco city centre. Adjoining private bathroom has bath and shower. Laundry facilities at nominal charge. Pick up service at no charge. No smoking inside please. My interests are travel, gardening, the arts, local history and the preservation of our Art Deco architecture. (I'm Executive Director of the Art Deco Trust.) I've enjoyed conversation and laughter with guests for the last 10 years with my late wife Helen and plan to continue welcoming guests and enjoying their company.
