A charming holiday house on the Nelson waterfront, this 1909 Villa retains the colonial charm of old Nelson with commanding sea views and ancient Rata trees in the garden.

Nelson’s famous seafood restaurant the “Boat Shed” is just a stone’s throw away. Alternatively enjoy a BBQ in the garden as the sun sets across the sea. The beach is within walking distance.

Sunny verandas on two sides of the house afford spectacular views of the bay to the mountains beyond. The living room retains an old-world charm with French doors onto the verandas and breath-taking views over the sea. Furnished with antiques, original artworks, TV, telephone and a well-appointed modern kitchen.
