Eirene Retreat is located at the gateway to the beautiful Akatarawa Valley, Upper Hutt.
We have a very comfortable two bedroom self-contained apartment (sleeps 4) available for those who desire some peace and quiet and who enjoy fabulous scenery. The picturesque Akatarawa river runs alongside our boundary providing a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature.
We have a few sheep, a shetland pony and miniature horse,which kids will love! In summer guests are welcome to help themselves to fruit from the orchard and home grown vegetables. A delicious full breakfast is provided in your villa each morning. Other meals are also available. Only 30 minutes from Wellington CBD. We love meeting people so come & enjoy some great Kiwi hospitality.
