'Britannia' is a 1896 grand old villa on 3 levels, offering five bedrooms, mezzanine floor, two bathrooms and two lounges. The villa is located in the heart of Petone, minutes from all amenities.

Petone (a trendy seaside village just 15 minutes from downtown Wellington) was one of the first English settlements in New Zealand. Jackson Street (the main street) is full of old fashioned character and offers a wide range of funky cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, and speciality shops.
