Waipapa Settlers Cottage
Relax and enjoy a country lifestyle at Waipapa Settlers Cottage. Set on a beef farm, 1.5 kilometres off state highway 12, between Ruawai and Matakohe in the Kaipara district, it is also close to local attractions such as the Kauri museum. There are ample opportunities for fishing, at nearby coastal settlements or in the harbour with boat ramps only 10-20 minutes drive away.

The cottage is ideal for a couple, family or a group, consisting of three-bedrooms with a kitchen/dinning area and lounge. With a spacious lawn and a large area for parking you’ve got plenty of room to move. There are cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy local cuisine.
