Two double rooms with ensuite on a hill country sheep and cattle farm only 10 minutes from SH1 and midway between Rotorua and Wellington in peaceful rural surroundings with many adventure and scenic attractions nearby. The Garden Room has private entry from the front verandah, overlooking the large country garden and lawns.

Also available is The Paddock Studio, with king or twin beds, ensuite and a kitchenette. Tariff includes a hearty country breakfast of fresh New Zealand fruits and homemade produce.

A delicious hosted dinner in convivial surroundings can be supplied by prior arrangement, or alternatively a simple supper. A warm welcome and genuine Kiwi hospitality are assured in our attractive home. Prior booking essential.
