Relax and rejuvenate in our elegant bed and breakfast retreat nestled amongst the Hanmer Springs’ Woodland Ponds. It’s an idyllic setting.

Opened in June 2006, Fontainebleau sets a new standard in five star B&B accommodations. The purpose-built lodging captures forest and mountain views from all guest suites, and reflects North American influences alongside French and Italian design.

We are located only a 7 minute walk from hot pools, cafes and restaurants.

Indulge in Virginia and John’s warm hospitality as they pamper you with fine wines and boutique beers. From their French, Dutch, Irish and Italian origins, John and Virginia have a love for hospitality and enjoy sharing drinks with guests over pre-dinner nibbles.
