St Itas Guesthouse's bed and breakfast accommodation is set in a beautiful historic former convent school in Rakaia township, 50 kilometres south of Christchurch. An excellent first and last stop from Christchurch International airport to explore Ashburton District for Salmon fishing, bush & river walks, jet boating, skiing, hot air ballooning and more.

Three rooms have ensuites, the fourth, a private bathroom. Refreshment trays, extra heating and views of the spacious, peaceful garden. A guest room has an open fire and Sky TV and the games room a pool table. Golf, tennis and fishing gear available. Help with itineraries offered. Wireless available. Full breakfast supplied.
