1 queen size room with en-suite and 1 double room with en-suite available. Guests have use of guest lounge with Sky TV, DVD & internet access.
Full English breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities & bathroom toiletries included. Special diets catered for.

Accommodation is on the lower level of our house, in either a double-bedded room with en-suite spa bath with shower over, or Queen size room with en-suite shower facilities. Both rooms have views looking towards Te Mata Peak and open out through french doors onto their own terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine listening to, and watching our abundant bird life.
