Durham Motor Inn is superbly located in the city centre with comfortable, spacious rooms. Set in lovely grounds, all rooms are on the ground-floor with free parking, we are next to the courthouse & behind Baycourt.

We offer 20 studios & 1 bedroom spa suites. 1 bedroom spa suites have a separate bedroom & lounge, a large spa bath & separate shower. All rooms are serviced daily, with kitchenettes/microwaves, plunger coffee, tea/coffee, hairdryers, iron/ironing boards, ceiling fans, Sky TV, wireless broadband internet access available, electric blankets & clock radios.

Breakfasts & heat n eat meals are delivered daily. We have a laundry and a swimming pool. We are so central that it makes sense to park your car and stroll everywhere!
