Park Lane is a Qualmark 4 star 32 room motel, located just 150 metres from Takapuna Beach. Just a short stroll to Takapuna's shops, restaurants, and nightspots. We are the closest motel to Devonport.

Park Lane has a pool, mini-gym/sauna with separate showers, laundry, guest internet desk & free off-street parking. We have a poolside Breakfast Room open daily for breakfast. "Heat n Eat" meals available.

We have a number of studio rooms including standard, twin-share, family Studios & premium spa studios.
All have air conditioning, balcony, Sky TV, fridges, tea & coffee making facilities, ensuites (premium spa studios with large spa baths), wireless broadband internet access is available in all rooms, iron & ironing boards, hairdryers.
