Welcome to 'The Garden House'. We are located only 5 minutes from Whakatane on the Sunshine Coast of the Bay of Plenty, and are easily accessible by road & air. The Pacific Coast Highway Tourist route from Auckland takes in Tauranga, Gisbourne, Napier & Hastings, with Whakatane approximately at the half way point.

With natural splendour of the countryside, White Island's Volcanic Marine activity and 100's of kilometres of white sand beaches, Whakatane makes an essential part of any holiday. Of course, being the 3rd sunniest place n New Zealand helps too!
