Himatangi Beach Holiday Park

Hello and welcome to all our potential visitors.
We are a small holiday park situated on the west coast 30 minutes out from Palmerston North and approx 2 hours from Wellington where we can offer a lovely safe relaxing environment for you to stay in.

Our beach is 200 meters from the park and is unique in that it is New Zealand's largest sand country area with the sand dunes being 19 kms wide and we get a lot of drift wood covering the sand and while we don't have the golden coloured sand of the east coast, our beach can be driven on, or just sit in your vehicle and enjoy our lovely sunsets.
