Almond House Backpackers is a small, family run hostel in a great location close to the centre of town and nearby walks. We offer clean and comfortable facilities which feature works by local potters and artists. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere at Almond House makes it the perfect base for your stay in Nelson - whether you want to relax by our swimming pool or in the garden, or take advantage of the many sightseeing and activities on offer in the town and region. We offer accommodation in twin, double and share rooms, with all beds fully made up; a well equipped kitchen; BBQ, internet, guest phone, off street parking, bag storage and we can help with all your booking needs.
