This beautiful Bed and Breakfast is absolute lake edge and offers quality, well appointed accommodation just a short drive out of Rotorua, far enough away to be both tranquil & sulphur free but still within easy access of the host of Rotorua's attractions.

Built in the 1920's it enjoys extensive northern lake views to take full advantage of all day sunshine. All rooms have outstanding views over Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island and beyond, it will seem that the lake belongs just to you. Relax and unwind in the luxurious, spa room, use the sun loungers in our beautiful garden or sip a glass of wine on the colonial style veranda. For the more active, take a walk along the lake edge, swim in the lake and make free use of our perception kayaks.
