Situated adjacent to Ashbury Park and within minutes walk of supermarket, fast food, restaurants and shopping mall. Walk across the park to the coastal walkway and onto Caroline Bay and the Tennis Centre.

Timaru is an ideal stopover to explore from with 9 golf courses close by, or in the winter visit the five ski fields within two hours drive.

We are situated only 2 hours from Christchurch and Dunedin or 2 hours to Mt Cook and the inland lakes, for fishing, boating, tramping, hunting or many other outdoor activities.
