Steamers Beach Backpackers is located within the Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park right opposite the Lake & Fiordland National Park Visitor Centre. There is many rooming options here including comfortable singles (90 rooms), doubles (15 rooms) & multi share (10 rooms) all with bedding. On-site facilities include TV rooms (2), ablutions (7 seperate male & female), computer rooms (2), wireless facilities, locker storage (90) Laundries (4) Camp sites (100) Tracknet Bus stop.

We cater for clients intending to walk the trails (Routeburn, Milford, Kepler Tracks) and Fiords (Doubtful Sound and Milford Sound and Te Anau Fiords) which are all accesible from our premises. Day walks & Day tours are all available from our on-site Information centre.
