Pittaway’s Cottage is a unique blend of historical ambience and superb comfort. Built in 1875 and classified with the NZ Historic Places Trust, the stone miners cottage has been tastefully refurbished.
The intimate sitting/TV room features plush leather, old books and a wood burner fire, plus Sky and DVD. Facilities include two bedrooms (queen and twin) with crisp linen, a double spa bath, and a small kitchen. There’s off-street parking and guest laundry.
Pittaway’s Cottage (plus studio unit) are on Arrowtown’s famous tree-lined Buckingham Street, 200 steps to the museum, shops, cafes and restaurants, and a short drive to wineries, golf courses, ski areas and art galleries.
