Three bedroom farm cottage, nestled in private valley. Ideal retreat or peaceful holiday destination. On 180ha farm, 5 minutes from Woodville.

Kayak on private pond, enjoy the bird life. Sleeps 10 - queen bedroom, twin room and bunk room. Lounge and kitchen. Microwave, hot plate, barbeque, fridge. 5 minutes to trout fishing, 10 or 15 minutes to 18 hole golf courses, 10 minutes to Tui Brewery at Mangatainoka, 15 minutes to tramping in Ruahine or Tararua Ranges.

Clay target shooting by arrangement. Table tennis and darts available in woolshed. Air dried linen supplied. Owners are keen wetland enthusiasts and members of Ducks Unlimited NZ. Fishing Guide available. Just 2.4 kms off SH2, and 30 minutes from Palmerston North.
