The delightful difference is your hosts - Steve is a great personality, Katherine a superb cook and they enjoy entertaining guests from around the world.

Quiet and peaceful, you can relax and unwind during your visit to Rotorua. Close to top fly fishing streams there is ample off street parking, spa pool, big living room, lake and city views and a nice lakeside and forest walk to the springs. Dinner available by arrangement.
