Dome Hills High Country Lodge is a self contained luxurious homestead on Dome Hills Station in the Kakanui Mountains of North Otago. Guests are offered a unique opportunity to experience life on a working high country sheep and cattle Station, to escape and explore the fresh air and scenery, and to enjoy the peace warmth and comfort of the Lodge. Nearby attractions include the Tokarahi Golf course, the Maraewhenua River for fishing, the Elephant Rocks and Vanished World Fossil Trail, and Maori rock drawings. Also the blue penguin colony at Victorian Oamaru, Moeraki Boulders, Waitaki River and lakes all within easy distance. Dome Hills High Country Lodge is the perfect hideaway for those wanting a holiday, corporate retreat, or outdoor fun.
