Yellow-eyed Penguin, Dunedin
A yellow-eyed penguin walks ashore on Dunedin’s Otago Peninsula. This species of penguin, also known as the Hoiho, is one of the world’s rarest. It is also highly protected, which leaves it free to strut its stuff on South Island beaches.
