Alexandra Bridge Piers
The Old Bridge Piers in Alexandra are a monument to early civil engineering. The Piers are all that remain of the original Alexandra Bridge - completed in 1882 at a cost of £16,111 ($32,222) - which crossed the mighty Clutha River.
