Queen's Park, Invercargill
One of the best gardens to visit is staring you in the face when you reach Invercargill. Queen’s Park was originally set aside as a bush reserve, but it became one of the best public gardens in New Zealand. There are avenues of tall trees, lots of natives, roses and alpine species.
