Earland Falls, Routeburn Track
One of the great highlights of the Routeburn Walk is Earland Falls, an 80m cascade, which can be reached on day 1 of the walk. A further 3km on from Howden Hut and the path passes directly below the falls. If in flood the alternative emergency path should be used.
