A toast to Marlborough wine
Located on the South Island’s east coast with mountains to the west, Marlborough is one of the sunniest and driest areas in New Zealand. The climate is perfect for grapes that need a long, slow ripening period – sauvignon blanc, for example. The region can lay claim to almost 57% of the country’s total wine production.
