Leave the crowd behind and explore the real treasures of our beautiful area.

We visit Takaka Hill (Marble Mountain) with its caves, rugged karsts landscape and fluted rock outcrops.

We do guided day tours into the amazing Abel Tasman National Park utilising water taxis and sometimes a charter vessel to give you a varied and enjoyable day. Options include visiting the seal colony, hunting for crayfish (lobster), and dredging for succulent NZ Scallops. A realistic taste of 'Kiwi' life.

We also offer quality self-contained tourist accommodation at Riwaka Retreat on the way to the Abel Tasman National Park. Two Cottages plus a Studio give guests a peaceful, rural alternative to a city motel.
