Glenorchy Air
During the filming of the Lord of the Rings, Glenorchy Air worked for the film, flying actors, crew, props, costumes, wigs, masks and film around the South Island.

We offer location tours under the banner of "trilogy trail" to the various locations used during filming. Some of the actors and crew we flew included Sir Ian McKellen, Viggo Mortensen, Dom Monaghan, Bernard Hill and the producer Barrie Osbourne to name a few.

When you join one of our air or land tours you will get a unique insight into the making of the film. We had the advantage of working on the film throughout the South Island so we can take you to locations and tell you the stories no one else can. Check out our website at www.trilogytrail.com
