Depart from: Los Angeles or San Francisco to Auckland.
Outbound travel period: 12 November - 11 December 2009, 23 December 2009 - 4 January 2010 or 15 January - 7 February 2010.
Minimum stay: 5 days.
Maximum stay: Travel must be completed by 14 February 2010.
Reservation and ticketing: When booking online, reservations are required at least 72 hours before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas flights are booked in T class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 3 December 2009.
Booking changes: After ticket issuance, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $100 per transaction. Additional local service charges may apply.
Travelling with children: Children aged between 2 and 11 years pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children fares per adult permitted. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
Cancellation: Before departure, $300 cancellation penalty applies plus a local service fee. After departure, ticket is non-refundable.
Visa requirement: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are complied with. Note: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State have suspended special international in-transit programs.
