Fully self contained, ex-railway cottages originally built in 1923 are offered for one or more nights stay. These cottages are being gradually restored with a few mod cons added. Come and explore the Arthur’s Pass National Park and stay in an authentic workers cottage. All bedding, including electric blankets, crockery, cutlery and ovenware provided. Open fire for cosy winter nights in front of the television, board games and books for rainy days. River walk behind cottages, waterfall walk 200 metres along the main road. Horses, cows and sheep in paddocks opposite the cottages. 1 hour to Greymouth, 45 minutes to Lake Moana.
