Arcadia Organics sell over 1200 GE Free and organic products including seasonal fruit & vegetables, rice, flour, grains, pulses, whole-foods, meat, salmon, eggs with a selection of gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and vegan products. The Café serves vegan and vegetarian home cooked foods, delicious gluten free cake and slices.

Revive
Vegetarian café Revive offers healthy lunch options in Auckland’s CBD. This means there is no coffee or chocolate in sight. The food is made with wholemeal flour, honey instead of sugar, free range eggs and nothing deep fried. Food is prepared fresh daily using quality mainly whole food products such as legumes, nuts, wholegrains, vegetables, fruit, organic free range eggs, organic pasta, organic yoghurt.

The eco-friendly Stingray Café and Bar make extensive use of natural lighting through sky lights, solar continuous lighting, solar hot water, low flush toilets, waste recycling where possible and organic produce from local suppliers.

The Mussel Inn
The Mussel Inn serves simple and wholesome food prepared in their own kitchen. Famous for fresh steamed mussels and thick mussel chowder, they also do steak, fish and vegetarian options. They also produce all their own beers, ales, ciders and occasional wines in a small brewery located adjacent to the Mussel Inn. Home made lemonade and ginger beer is also available. The Mussel Inn is also famous for the ir eco-friendly kakapo composting toilets.

Ora Ora Resort, meaning ‘double health’, is a wellness resort complete with villa accommodation and a health centre. The Summer House
The Summer House is an eco-friendly lodge committed to sustainable eco-tourism. It is the first bed and breakfast in the world to be Green Globe 21 benchmarked. The Summer House is purpose designed and built on energy conservation principles, using solar powered water heating, biodegradable household cleaners, a semi organic citrus orchard and garden and a waste reduction system. They serve organic coffee and tea, homegrown citrus juice and much of the fresh produce is organic from the local farmers’ market.

The Naked Possum
The Naked Possum is situated at the edge of the Kahurangi forest in Golden Bay, New Zealand. They offer an eco-tourism experience that highlights the native New Zealand forest & birds in the area. Cuisine accompaniments include picnics beside the river, barbeques on the outdoor wood fire and a café featuring espresso coffee, local wines and a wild game menu.

Greenspace
GreenSpace is an ecologically designed house aimed at being energy efficient and environmentally friendly. It is currently the only genuine eco accommodation in an urban setting in New Zealand. Environmental features of the house include solar water heating, untreated timber framing, recycled carpet insulation, on-site organic vegetable and herb garden and a native tree planting program. In the kitchen, whatever produce isn’t organically grown in the Greenspace garden is sourced from local food co-operatives and Trade Aid stores.

Jefferswood
Jefferswood is situated in a rural valley between Blenheim and the township of Havelock at the head of the Marlborough Sounds. The eco-friendly home is built from natural materials - clay, schist and timber, and designed with essential modern conveniences. Guest are served organic cuisine.

Knapdale Eco Lodge
Knapdale Eco Lodge provides farmstay and eco tours on an environmental award winning eco farm, complete with a large variety of animals, trees and forests. Meals are prepared using mostly farm produced, organic ingredients. Guests can partake in the harvesting and production of organically grown food, direct from the home garden.

ecoFest
Each year, the Nelson City and Tasman District Councils hold a weekend Expo in August at the Trafalgar Centre in Nelson. The program includes local chefs entertaining and educating on a vast range of organic foods available in the Nelson/Tasman region. Also on site, is the farmers’ market and Organic Cuisine Café with a special brand of Ecofest organic tea.

Piko Wholefoods Co-operative
One of the reasons for starting Piko in the 1970s was to provide an outlet for organically grown produce -vegetables, grains, beans, dried fruits, nuts, herbs and spices. Hans, the co-operative's full-time worker at the time, grew most of the vegetables on empty sections in the Avon Loop area. Over the last 30 years it has grown to become an institution in Christchurch.
