Coro star loves New Zealand life

Former Coronation Street star Adam Rickitt loves New Zealand.
The English-born actor, who played Nick Tilsley for several years on Coronation Street, has recently bought a house west of Auckland.
''I knew the second I landed how awesome this place was,'' he says.
Rickitt is enjoying the location of his house in the Waitakere Ranges.
''It’s 10 minutes to work and 10 minutes to the beach.''
Life out west of Auckland, he says is ''a great mix of cultures.''
Since his time on Coronation Street, the 29 year old actor has been seen on New Zealand’s television screens as Kieran Mitchell on TV2’s Shortland Street.
Rickitt is enjoying working on the new storylines for the show and is clearly intending to stick around for a while.
